Allen-Bradley 20F11ND077AA0NNNNN is an adjustable frequency AC drive that is part of the PowerFlex 753 product family. More popularly known as Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Variable Speed Drive (VSD), Frequency Inverter or simply an inverter, this electronic device is used to control the speed of an AC motor as well as implement motor control functions. Additionally, the 20F11ND077AA0NNNNN is also use for lowering energy consumption and implementing protective motor starting and stopping modes.

20F11ND077AA0NNNNN is a 480VAC, 3-Phase rated drive. It delivers an output power of 60 HP and output current of 77 A. It is capable of implementing a variety of control methods such as Volts / Hertz (V/Hz) control for speed control, Vector control with FORCE™ technology and Sensorless vector control (SVC) for both Speed and Torque control. The drive’s enclosure is rates IP20/IP00, NEMA/UL Type Open and provided with integrated filtering. This drive comes with an integrated transistor for dynamic braking.

For configuration, this drive may be installed with an optional Human Interface Module (HIM) which can be used for local configuration, operation, monitoring and troubleshooting of the drive.

20F11ND077AA0NNNNN, as well as all other members of the PowerFlex 753 AC Drive series, offer users flexibility, productivity, and connectivity. Users have the choice of multiple drive options and features coupled with easy and simple integration.

A key feature of the 20F11ND077AA0NNNNN is Premier Integration; this feature integrates Allen Bradley motor control devices into Logic control platforms, thereby reducing engineering and programming time significantly, streamlining preventive diagnostics, and enabling easy commissioning and startup. With a built-in I/O (that has 3 digital in, 1 analog in, 1 analog out, 1 relay and 1 transistor out), the drive offers three options slots for safety, communications, additional I/O or additional 24 Volts power. Personnel and assets are protected by the drive’s Safe Speed and Safe Torque Off monitoring. This drive uses common industrial protocol for communications. For device level ring functionality, and if multiple network protocols are needed, an optional EtherNet/IP module may be installed. The 20F11ND077AA0NNNNN uses 480 Volts AC of power and has dual output current with three possible phases, depending on whether it is being used for normal duty applications or heavy duty applications. Functioning at normal duty, the output of this module is 77 Amperes at 60 HP. Functioning at heavy-duty applications, this module’s output is 65 Amperes at 50 HP. With a frame size of 5 and an IP20 NEMA enclosure, the drive is well-suited to industrial and harsh environments. It has a filtered EMC with no CM jumper, no internal resistor, and a 6 pulse AC input with DC terminals, the 20F11ND077AA0NNNNN is certified by GOST-R, C-Tick, cUL, SEMIF47, UL, TÃœV FS ISO/EN13849-1 (EN954-1) with Safe Torque-Off option and UL. It also complies with the materials restrictions as contained in the RoHS directive. It weighs 45 pounds and measures 21.65 x 10.63 x 8.35 inches.
