The AB 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN VFD is a 10 HP rated drive. Also, it comes with a rating of 14 Amp and has voltage rating of 480VAC/650V DC. This PowerFlex 750 (PF755) variable frequency drive in addition has an IP20 or IP00 enclosure type rating. This PowerFlex 750 (PF755) variable frequency drive has one digital input. Furthermore, this drive also has a blank cover instead of the display.

The 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN is a PowerFlex 755 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This drive is also called as variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Variable Speed Drives (VSD) or Inverters by most personnel or users. This drive is basically a speed control device, controlling the rotation of a connected 3-Phase AC motor by modulating the output frequency using any of the configurable control methods such as V/Hz control, vector control with FORCE® technology, sensorless vector control, and permanent magnet motor control.

The 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN output ratings include 14 Amperes, 10 Horsepower for normal duty and 7.5 Horsepower for heavy duty operation. It comes with a pre-installed EMC filter and dynamic braking resistor which makes this ready for out-of-the-box operation. It is powered by a nominal supply voltage of 480 VAC, 3-Phase.

Additionally, the 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN comes with an embedded Ethernet I/P port that permits communication and connection of drive with programming and configuration devices as well as integration of parameters with the Logix controller platform via the premiere integration method. Other communication protocols supported by this drive includes CIP Motion, ControlNet (Coax or Fiber), DeviceNet, RS485 DFI, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus/TCP, HVAC (Modbus RTU, FLN P1, Metasys N2), Bluetooth, CANopen and LonWorks. For safety requirements, this drive may be installed with Hardwired Safe Torque Off, Networked Safe Torque Off, Hardwired Safe Speed Monitor, and Networked Integrated Safety Functions – composed of Eight (8) safety instructions according to the IEC 61800-5-2 standard. Aside from the already mentioned control methods, the 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN also supports Open Loop Speed Regulation and Closed Loop Speed Regulation.

The drive uses a Frame 2 body and it is an open type of drive. The drive is used to control and regulate the torque and speed of motor devices by using motor control algorithms. It is a filtered device and the CM jumper removed. The drive has a current rating of 14 Amps. On the front side of the 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN, there is no human-machine interface module. For internal communication, the drive is embedded with an Ethernet/IP port. By using the Ethernet port, the drive can be integrated into the manufacturing process. The AC drive features dynamic braking, and a DB transistor is also installed in the drive. The 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN drive is manufactured with the EMC filtered option and the CM jumper is removed from the drive. The drive operates under both normal loads and heavy loads. Under a normal load, the drive can produce a total power output of 10 Horsepower and under a heavy load, the drive has a power output of 10 Horsepower. For mounting purposes, the 20G11ND014AA0NNNNN supports panel mounting with an IP20 NEMA/UL Type 1 enclosure. This mounting method can only be used for indoor purposes. The drive has an operating frequency of 60 Hertz and a power factor of 0.98. The manufacturing dimensions of the drive are 15.77 inches in height, 4.33 inches in width, and 8.31 inches in depth. The drive has been given different certifications including the ABS, C-Tick, IEC, and the NSF. The drive features a standard braking option without an internal resistor.
