The 2711P-B6M20D operator interface terminal has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the Panelview Plus 600 series. Its 6-inch screen is a touchscreen and display screen, but it can only display data in monochrome grayscale graphics. The 2711P-B6M20D operator interface terminal comes with both a touchscreen and keypad for input. It uses a 24 Volts DC rated power supply. The 2711P-B6M20D operator interface terminal has an operating temperature range from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius or 32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Allen-Bradley 2711P-B6M20D PanelView 600 Plus is an electronic device that lets users control, monitor, and display machine functions, status, and modes graphically. Through its Human Interface Module (HIM), users can easily check and regulate the machine’s function. The 2711P-B6M20D is an operator interface module with a keypad and touch inputs. Information can be inputted through the 10 function keys and the numeric and navigation keys and the 5.7-inch touchscreen display input. The touchscreen is an analog resistive screen (it can withstand an operational force of up to 110G), it measures 111mm x 84mm (4.37in x 3.3in) in display dimension, and it has a resolution of 340 x 240 at a 32-level greyscale display.

The 2711P-B6M20D It has a backlight with a 50,000-hour half-life and 1 million presses 10-110G force actuation rating. It is a DC interface module with a 25-Watt (max.) power rating and a nominal input voltage of 24V DC. The 2711P-B6M20D is C-UL certified with a NEMA Type 12 and 13 enclosure type, and it can operate at a maximum altitude of 2000m (6561 Ft) without de-rating. Its shock rate is up to 15G when operational, at an operating temperature of 0-55 °C (32-131 °F), at 5-95% non-condensing relative humidity. The 2711P-B6M20D features a weight of 0.93Kg (2.05 lb) and total dimensions of 167mm x 266mm x 98mm (6.58in x 10.47in x 3.86in). With an RS-232 port, 2 Ethernet ports, and a USB port, 2711P-B6M20D  can connect to PCs, printers, mice, and other devices. Additionally, a communication module is attached to the 2711P-B6M20D for enhanced network and communication capability.
