GE IC693MDL654 Positive/Negative Logic Input module
The GE IC693MDL654 is a 5/12 volt DC (TTL) Positive/Negative Logic Input module from the GE Series 90-30 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) lineup. It offers 32 discrete TTL voltage threshold input points, organized into four distinct groups, each containing eight points labeled A1-A8, B1-B8, C1-C8, and D1-D8. The inputs are designed to handle voltages up to approximately 15V, supporting both positive and negative logic configurations. An internal +5V supply is generated on the module, isolated from the PLC backplane, allowing users the option to power the inputs either from this internal supply or an external user-supplied source. Selection between internal and external powering is facilitated by setting jumpers on the appropriate pins of the I/O connector. Utilizing the internal supply adds load to the PLC's +5V power supply. Opto-couplers on the module provide backplane isolation of 1500 volts between the field side and the logic side, and 250 volts between the four groups. The module consumes 195 mA of internal power from the +5V bus on the backplane.

This link placed on the front viewpoint borders between class A and B.The another one on the left side borders class C and D. A cable that has a female connector on a single end with wires which is stripped enhances field wiring to field devices from modules connectors.
