Schneider LRD32 thermal overload relay

This high-performance thermal overload relay is rated for use with motors up to 32A and provides reliable protection against thermal damage caused by excessive current. The LRD32 offers adjustable settings to match the motor’s full-load current, allowing for fine-tuned protection tailored to different applications. Its compact and user-friendly design makes it easy to integrate with contactors, forming a complete motor protection system.

Manufactured with Schneider Electric’s advanced technology, the LRD32 thermal overload relay delivers exceptional durability and consistent performance. It features a manual reset function for added convenience and can be combined with auxiliary contacts for enhanced monitoring and control.

TeSys LRD overload relays are designed to be used with TeSys D contactors to make a motor starter. This overload relay can be used with 9 amp through 38 amp TeSys D contactors. These differential thermal overload relays detect over currents in the lines to the motor. When an overcurrent is detected the overload relay working with the contactor will disconnect the power to the motor. This will minimize the damage to the motor windings. This overload relay has an adjustable trip current rating of 16 to 24 amperes. This trip current rating is calibrated per Class 10A. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).
